Save-the-date: Portuguese Initiative of the Internet Governance Forum | November 19

This year's edition of the Portuguese Initiative of the Internet Governance Forum will take place on November 19, in Lisbon. 

Organized by .PT, National Communications Authority (ANACOM), Portuguese Association for the Development of Communications (APDC), Association for the Promotion and Development of the Information Society (APDSI), National Cybersecurity Centre, Portuguese Association for Consumer Protection (DECO), Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT), Universidade Aberta, Women in Tech, this year's event will once again debate the relevant issue of Internet Governance, focusing on four central themes: Artificial Intelligence, Human Rights in Digital, Cybersecurity and Digital Cooperation. At the same time, we will try to keep in mind and call for discussion of cross-cutting themes, such as Sustainability and Emerging Technologies, and Gender Equality.

The final messages will then be compiled and presented at the global IGF, which this year will take place between December 15 and 19 in Saudi Arabia.
