.PT hosts the conference "A Digital, More Innovative and Sustainable Europe"

The conference "A Digital, More Innovative and Sustainable Europe" took place on June 3rd at the .PT headquarters, organized by the Portuguese Digital Economy Association in partnership with .PT and Digital Inside.

At this event, the challenges and opportunities that Europe faces in its digital journey were discussed. The participation of candidates for Members of the European Parliament, Vânia Neto (AD), Manuel Gouveia (CDU), Bruno Horta Soares (IL), Francisco Themudo (PS) and Gonçalo Filipe (BE), was essential to address policies that promote innovation, digital inclusion and competitiveness in the global market.

This was followed by a round table on "A more Digital Europe – Vision and Priorities”, with the participation of Marta Moreira Dias from .PT, Alexandre Nilo Fonseca from the Portuguese Digital Economy Association and Luís Salvador Pisco from DECO Association, moderated by João Miguel Mesquita from Digital Inside.

Luca Casseti, Secretary General Ecommerce Europe, also left us a message about the trends that have been taking place in e-commerce, and Luisa Ribeiro Lopes, President of .PT, closed the session.
