New .pt terms & conditions (registration rules) already in place

The new .pt Terms and Conditions (registration rules) took effect today and are available here.

These new Terms & Conditions are the result of a widely participated process, which started with a public consultation and the complementary proceedings, and involved registrants, registrars and other third interested parties.
