Contact center team of .PT awarded in the "Quality in Telephone Customer Service" category

For the second consecutive year, the .PT contact center team was awarded in the "Quality in Telephone Customer Service" category at the awards ceremony held yesterday during the 26th edition of the Global Customer Experience.

These awards recognize the best management practices in call/contact centers and excellence in customer service.
