Article 4º

Opening registration to domains with two characters shall obey two separate phases, as follows:

a)As from the third November 2014, all domains with two characters that comply with the provisions herein and which are included in the list identified in article 1 of the Annex to the present Conditions, will be unblocked for registration, notwithstanding the application of the general rules for composing domain names provided for and regulated in articles 9 and 11 of the Rules;

b)Between the 4th and the 11th of December, the auction of the domains identified in paragraph 2 of the Annex to the present Conditions will take place, exclusively on the online platform www.sedo.com;
When the phases provided for in the sub-paragraphs above have ended, the registration of domains with two characters will be limited to the names that have not been registered, as long as they comply with the provisions of the present Conditions.
