Article 3º

Without waiving that provided for in the following paragraph the registration of a domain with two characters implies a payment of €100 (one hundred euros), plus VAT at the legal rate in force, corresponding to the first year's fee.
Domains that are subject to Auction shall have a starting price for bidding of €499, plus VAT, if applicable.
Registration of a domain with two characters has a maximum initial term of 1 year, with its possible renewal being subject to the prices and conditions in article 25 of the Rules, with all due adaptations.
